What we collect
When you use Yrzo AI we collect the email address you sign up with, the domains you verify and scan, scan findings, and payment information handled by Stripe. We also collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use data
We use your data to run scans, generate reports, manage your subscription, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
Advertising and measurement
We use Google Ads tags to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to optimise campaigns. This may involve cookies and similar technologies. In regions that require it, we ask for your consent before enabling these tags. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the cookie banner or by contacting us.
Who receives data
Service providers we use include Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Google (advertising measurement), and our hosting/cloud infrastructure providers. Each provider only receives the data they need to perform their service.
Your choices
You can update your account details, delete scans, and cancel your subscription from your dashboard. You can also manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner. To request deletion of all personal data, email hello@yrzoai.com.
Retention
We keep scan data and account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete a scan or close your account, associated data is removed from our active systems within 30 days.
